1.Can I try FREE session before subscribe in a package?

Of course, We offer the "FIRST MONTH" free with you to confirm your satisfaction before subscribing in a package.

2.How long is your sessions?

Our sessions are very concentrated and rich with valuable material. The session is 30 min or 60 min upon your needs and subscription package.

3.What topics Natek academy provides that I can learn?

We provide Quran recitation, Tajweed, memorizing and Tafseer & explanation. We also provide Arabic language learning (Noor Al Bayan), Qaida nourani (fast Quran reading method) & Islamic studies and principles.

4.Do you have a female tutor?

Yes, just contact us and we will fulfill your requirements.

5.Do you provide individual sessions?

Yes, we provide individual sessions for Arabic language learning (foundation & professional), while other courses may be a group session (max 3 per session)

6.How do I get support?

Just visit our contact page and you will find (Whats App, email & online form contact) We will help you within 24 hrs

7.how do I pay for my subscription?

It is monthly manual payment. At the beginning of each month you should pay your monthly subscription. We will send an invoice for you at the beginning of each month.

8.What payment method do you provide, Is it safe?

We provide Paypal, ACH, Credit Cards, Payoneer. It is of course safe as we use third party payment proscessor Payoneer.com

8.How can I cancel subscription?

It is not an automated subscription payment. Simply stop paying monthly invoices that's it. (But if so, please contact us at least 3 days before). However, if you are not satisfied with your teacher for any reason kindly contact us and we will help and fulfill your needs.

9.Can you customize time for my sessions?

Yes, just contact us and we will organize your session and combine courses as you need.

10.Are tutors certified?
