If you decide to enroll in our Online Courses, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Payment Method
We use the safest and the most well-known payment processor “Payoneer”
So, your data is safe and secure.
We offer easy and secure online payment methods like direct bank deposit or Credit Cards through payment or checkout page.
Any cancellations, pauses, or alterations to the plan will be accommodated with a full refund guarantee.
Customers can cancel their monthly subscription any time (customer has full control)
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied or wish to discontinue classes at any point in the month, we will fully refund any unused sessions. Please contact us via email at support@natekacademy.com or through our contact us page at least three days before your intended stopping date.
If the monthly study hours have not been fulfilled, please arrange make-up sessions with your teacher as soon as possible or you will receive a refund for the unused classes.
Can I change my study plan later?
You may modify your package by informing support@natekcademy.com at least two days before the day of registration.
Make-up Classes
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a class, prior notification given at least 3 hours before the class time is required to be entitled to a maximum of two make-up classes per month, barring any emergency.
If a student plans to take a holiday, they must inform their teacher or our support team via WhatsApp group created or through our contact page at natekacademy.com
If a student misses a class without giving prior notice to the teacher no less than 3 hours beforehand, make-up classes will not be granted except for in cases of emergency.
In the case where a tutor cancels the class due to an emergency, they must inform their student and the class will be rescheduled for another day.
Number of Monthly Classes/Hours
The exact number of classes and hours per month will be determined upon enrolment. Should you wish to adjust the number of classes/hours, please contact your teacher, via WhatsApp group created or through our contact page at natekacademy.com
Please be aware that any additional classes exceeding the pre-agreed amount will be canceled.
For example, if you have agreed to four classes per month on Saturdays, and there are five weekends in a month, the fifth class will be canceled or rescheduled as a make-up lesson to cover any lessons that have been missed.
Public Holidays
As per the Islamic Calendar, Muslims have two major holidays:
Eid Al-Fitr for 3 days
Eid Al-Adha for 4 days
– No Make-up Classes will be offered instead of these holidays.
Quarterly Progress Report
Parents of students aged 16 and under will be presented with a quarterly progress report which summarizes the progress made by their child over the past 3 months. This report provides an opportunity for parents to assess their child’s development.
Male/Female Students
Boys aged 12 and under can be taught by either male or female teachers, depending on the parents’ wishes. The same holds for girls of the same age. Parents have the choice to select either a male or female educator for their child.

To enhance our offerings, we seek feedback from our students after they have studied with us for a certain period. This helps us to improve the student experience and optimize our services.

We guarantee an enriching and comfortable learning atmosphere for those we tutor. Our tutors are always eager to help and can be accessed at any time of day. Students can benefit from a collaborative and stress-free learning environment.
Quality Control
The quality of education is closely monitored to ensure high standards are being maintained, which includes tracking student attendance and discipline, providing regular teacher training opportunities, obtaining student feedback, and carrying out regular assessments.
Rating and Feedback
Our Support team will reach out to you with a survey following your lessons, inquiring about your experience. Any opinions are appreciated as they help us to ensure our services are of the highest quality. We value your input!
Teachers Punctuality
If a teacher is delayed in arriving to class, students and/or parents should contact the teacher directly. If no response is received, they can then contact us directly through WhatsApp button on our website or email support@natekacademy.com to report the incident. All missed time or classes must be made up by the teacher. If the teacher is repeatedly late or missing class, please contact us via WhatsApp button or through our contact page at natekacademy.com to report this incident.
Studying only at the Academy
Students may not receive tutoring outside of the Academy. Any additional courses or make-up classes must be taken within the walls of the Academy. This ensures that the integrity and quality of the Academy’s educational program is maintained.
Dress Code
Students are expected to adhere to a dress code that is both appropriate and respectful for the Quran Classes. Modest attire should be always worn.
Leaving the Academy
If students wish to discontinue their course, they can get in touch with our Support Team by contact us via WhatsApp group created or through our contact page at natekacademy.com.
It is recommended that students speak with staff or tutors at least two days before they depart from the Academy.
